Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

"I was trying to do my own copycat of Red Lobster's garlic biscuits, this is as close as I have come, very tasty, for those of you who've never been it's alot like a fall apart biscuit, it shouldn't look like a biscuit out of a can. I up my garlic personally but everyone wanted me to give them the original, I just love garlic."

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients to form a soft dough.
  • Drop by 9 spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes until golden.
  • Melt butter and mix it with the garlic, brush over the biscuits warm.
