  1. Remove steak from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. When ready to cook, sprinkle with tenderizer. Brush both sides with steak sauce. Place on a rack in broiler pan. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes for rare, longer depending on how you like it cooked.
  2. Remove from oven. Turn off heat. Sprinkle with pecans then cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Carve into 1/4 inch slices and serve with juices over.
