1. Awesome. My husband died and went to heaven

 2. This was excellent! I used yellow squash instead, but the results were amazing.

 3. Enjoying them hot out of the oven now! These were easy to make and are very tasty. I added some dried thyme and basil to the zucchini cheddar mixture before adding to the flour - gave them a nice flavour. Like :)shirley(: I had to cook them ~5 minutes longer.

 4. I made these last night, out of a cooking magazine (Cooking Pleasures :). Came here to see if the recipe was posted and sur'nuff it was. I made as posted but cooked atleast 5 minutes, maybe more longer. I also left them in the oven after I turned it off. These are delicious! I will fix these again. I will also try different cheeses parmesean, swiss etc...and see how they turn out. Thank you for posting snowangel. A recipe I will use alot in the summer when zucchini changes size in a blink of an eye.

 5. Yum.YUM.YU-U-UM!!! These were absolutely delicious! I didn't have any green onions, so I added some chopped regular onion (about 2 T.) and I decided I could have used even a bit more. And next time, some garlic powder too. And you can bet there will be many next times! (especially since I have about 30 pounds of chopped zucchini in my freezer!!!)

RECIPE SUBMITTED BY

Hi, I feel like I am new on this site even though my about me page states that I joined in 2003. I did not spend much time on here until purchasing a premium membership in Feb/07.Now I can't believe I did not become addicted to this site right away, as I cannot seem to stay away for long now. I have participated in 1 swap that was a great experience and recently posted a few recipes for the very first time - I also just signed up for the Pick a chef game. Now a bit about my family,I am married to an awesome, gorgeous guy who is not the least bit picky and appreciates everything I cook and bake for him. I am also very fortunate to have 2 fantastic daughters who are adventurous and love to try new things. They enjoy cooking and baking with me and will look through cookbooks and recipes on here for hours planning and marking pages of recipes we can make together. My love of cooking comes from my Mom who is a great cook, she taught me to make beautiful meals and we always sat down together every night for dinner which was not easy since I have 4 siblings and we all had different schedules, but somehow we managed to set that time aside to be together. We try very hard to do the same with our own family now. My favourite foods are CHOCOLATE :)of course. My husband and I are coffee fanatics, our favourite coffee is French Roast, epresso and Verona are a close second. We really enjoy Italian, Greek,Chinese,Japanese and seafood. I will try almost any kind of food although, when I watched Anthony Bourdain try authentic "bird's nest soup" I was quite nauseated, so I guess I will draw the line at some things. I have enjoyed spending time on Zaar and hope to meet more wonderful people. href="http://www.MakeYourSpace.com/myspace_counters/">MySpace Counters and MySpace Layouts from MakeYourSpace.com
