Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Prepare crust as directed in recipe. (I added some seasoning to dough before kneading -- used garlic and herb seasoning)
  2. Boil chicken and shred.
  3. Slice the onions very thinly. Spray a frying pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add onions and cover. Cook until onions are softened and starting to brown. Add the shredded chicken and the 1/4 cup of barbeque sauce. Mix well until all chicken and onions are coated with the sauce. Cook until heated through.
  4. Meanwhile in a small bowl combine the 1 cup barbeque sauce and 4 TBSP of salsa together. This will be the sauce for the pizza.
  5. Have the pizza crust pre-baked for 5 min as directed in instructions for crust.
  6. Spread the barbeque/salsa sauce over crust. Spread chicken onion mixture over that. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
