I would love to make cheerio squares for my autistic grandson who is not keen on sweets and also some days eats only rice cakes for breakfast and I don't see a great nutrition count on the back. We cannot put anything on them to make them more nutritious and if we make cheerio squares using sweet marshmallows he will probably reject them. He will on occasion snack on cheerios , so I am hopeful he would eat cheerio rounds if not sweetened with Marshmallows. Any ideas on what I could use to stick the cheerios together? Any ideas would be appreciated
