Cheery Cherry Salad
"This is so simple it's pitiful. But there are a lot of variations for this salad which could easily double as desserrt. Think of apricot jello and apricot pie filling. Or strawberry jello and strawberry pie filling. You are limited only by your imagination! Note that refrigerating time is not included in the timing."

- 1 (3 ounce) box cherry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (16 ounce) can cherry pie filling
directions
- Dissolve jello in the boiling water.
- Stir in pie filling.
- Refrigerate until set.

This was a little too dense of a jello salad for me, I think if I made it again I would use more water and less pie filling.
