Directions

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl.
  2. Cut in butter with pastry blender.
  3. Stir in cheese and bacon.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add yogurt all at once, stirring to moisten.
  6. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead 15 times until smooth.
  7. Pat out into an 8" square.
  8. Cut square in half, then cut each half into 6 rectangles.
  9. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
  10. Serve warm.
