- 1⁄2 cup blanched almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 ounces hard cheese, shredded at home
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- salt pepper and optional herbs or snips scallion top
directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Insert large cupcake papers in muffin tin.
- Divide dough in half and fill cups.
- Bakr 20-25 minutes.
