Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 13 cup liver sausage, which is approximately 2 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped, which is approximately 3 ounces

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the pecans. Blend throughly.
  2. For easier handling, refrigerate mixture for about 15 minutes.
  3. Shape mixture into a ball. Then roll in nuts to coat well.
  4. Refrigerate until served. Serve with assorted crackers.
  5. Note: This can be shaped into any desired shape. In this case, just press the pecans into the cheese shape.
