6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 green onions, minced
2 tablespoons pickle relish
1 egg, hard boiled, chopped
3 tablespoons green olives, minced
¹⁄₄ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons onions, minced
¹⁄₄ cup parsley, chopped

directions

Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, pickle relish, hard boiled egg, olives, mayonnaise, and minced onion together.
Chill overnight.
Roll in parsley.

This story is just too funny!! I had lost my cheeseball recipe and was just not certain what all it took. Soooo I thought I would just google cheeseball with boiled eggs and up pops my recipe!! I guess I forgot I posted it in 2010!! So thrilled, Jan Bartee
