Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese and grated cheese.
  2. The best way to do this is by hand.
  3. Mix in all other ingredients except pecans and paprika.
  4. Form into a ball.
  5. Crush pecans and place on waxed paper.
  6. Sprinkle paprika and place on a second sheet of wax paper.
  7. Roll cheese ball in paprika and then in crushed pecans.
  8. Place on plate and serve.
  9. May chill in refrigerator if desired.
  10. This recipe makes a very large cheese ball.
  11. Recipe can be halfed if desired.
