Cheese Biscuits
"This recipe came from a co-worker and are easy to prepare. Please do not use land-o-lakes butter or they will be too buttery. Mrs. Filbert's turns out really well. Serving amount is approximate."

- 2 cups flour
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup margarine, melted
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Shape into biscuit approximately 2 inches.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400-425 for 12-15 minutes.
