Directions

  1. Combine the ground check and bacon slice together and form 4 patties onto a working surface and repeat this step to finish.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet and lightly coat with oil and place in the patties and 4 minutes per sides. Line a baking pan with paper towel and place the patties to drain off extra oil.
  3. Lightly toast the inside of the buns and spread with some Thousand Island dressing on each side and top with a hamburger patty, cheese, lettuce leaves, tomato and red onion ring and serve.
