  • Combine the ground check and bacon slice together and form 4 patties onto a working surface and repeat this step to finish.
  • Heat a large nonstick skillet and lightly coat with oil and place in the patties and 4 minutes per sides. Line a baking pan with paper towel and place the patties to drain off extra oil.
  • Lightly toast the inside of the buns and spread with some Thousand Island dressing on each side and top with a hamburger patty, cheese, lettuce leaves, tomato and red onion ring and serve.
