  • Cream butter and cheese, beat in flour, salt and cayenne.
  • Shape dough into flat patty.
  • Cover. Chill 2 hours.
  • Roll out. Cut.
  • Place on ungreased sheets.
  • Mix egg and water and brush with egg wash.
  • Bake 10-12 mins 350.
