Directions

  1. Process butter and garlic in a large food processor until smooth.
  2. Add flour, cheese, and parsley; process until well blended.
  3. Shape cheese mixture into two 10" long rolls.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 2 hours or until firm enough to slice.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Cut rolls into 1/4" slices.
  7. Place slices on an ungreased baking sheet and bake 13-15 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
  8. Transfer crackers to a wire rack to cool.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
