  1. Yummy! I arranged the stuffed crescent rolls in a 9-inch X 13-inch baking pan and poured ALL of the sauce over. Sprinkled with sharp cheddar the last 5 minutes of baking. It turned out perfectly---nicely browned rolls in delicious bubbling cheesy sauce. Thanks, Sheryl, for this delightful, comforting chickie dish!

  2. This is a great "comfort food" recipe that will be loved by everyone in your household. Here are my tips: 1) buy a hot rotisserie chicken and chop pieces roughly to get 1 1/2 cups chopped chicken, 2)When rolling the crescents, the small triangles get a bit messy, so I prefer to press 2 triangles together and create 4 larger rectangles for filling, 3) don't add the sauce until the rolls have baked and have a crispy top - THEN add the sauce for the last 5 minute of baking. YUMMMMY!

  3. These were pretty good. I was skeptical because I thought they would be soggy, but they weren't. The croissants browned nicely while cooking with the sauce. I decided to try this recipe because it looked fast, easy and I had all the ingredients. It was quick and easy to make with almost no clean-up. I used leftover rotisserie chicken and cheddar cheese. This recipe is so versatile that you can probably use quite a few different combos - ham & cheddar, turkey & swiss, etc. Another plus, my family loved it! Thanks for sharing a quick & tasty dinner recipe!

  4. This stuff is great! I first tried it at my great grandma's house and have been searching for the recipe every since. It is one of my favorite meals to fix because it is so easy, and one of my favorite meals to eat because it's ohhhh so yummy!

  5. Made this tonight for supper. It was pretty good but my crescent rolls were a bit soggy. I think next time I will cook them a little before adding the cheese sauce. I didn't have cream of chicken soup so I used cream of mushroom. Probably better with the chicken. I'm sure I will try this again.

  1. This was a hit with my family. Instead of cream of chicken I used roasted garlic cream of mushroom and 2 chicken breast, and it still turned out great! The chicken was very tender too, delicious meal overall.
