Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In large bowl cream butter.
  3. Separate eggs.
  4. Add egg yolks, sour cream, grated cheese, flour, salt, and paprika. Mix well.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in gently.
  6. Grease oven-proof custard cups and fill with mixture.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
