Ingredients Nutrition
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3⁄4 cup dry white wine
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- cayenne pepper
Directions
- Toss Swiss cheese with flour. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; cover and cook for 90 minutes or until cheeses are melted and fondue is hot.
- If fondue becomes too thick, stir in additional wine or milk.
