Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup fully cooked rice
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 12 cup chopped celery (optional)
  • 12 cup mixed mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 cups boiled diced chicken (could use canned chicken)
  • 12 lb Velveeta cheese, melted

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
  3. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
