- 4 ounces oatmeal, finely ground
- 4 ounces self-raising flour
- 4 ounces margarine
- 4 ounces cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions
- Rub margarine or butter into flour and oatmeal.
- Add grated cheese and salt.
- Knead dough well.
- Roll out thinly and cut into rounds, or any shape you choose.
- Bake at 320°F/160°C for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
