White Sauce
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 cup milk

Pudding
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 1-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- For white sauce, cook flour in butter until bubbly. Add milk. Stir over low heat until thickened.
- Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Add egg yolks. Fold in egg whites. Stir lightly. Turn into prepared dish. Bake until just browned.
