  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Lightly spray muffin cups with Pam.
  • In medium bowl combine eggs, milk and cream chese. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
  • Place one biscuit in each muffin cup and press into bottom forming a small rim.
  • Place 1/2 oz swiss cheese in each cup.
  • Place about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over top of each cup.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes, until filling is set and rims of the tarts are golden brown.
  • Remove from pan and serve warm.
