- 1 (10 ounce) package biscuits (flakey)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 eggs
- 5 ounces swiss cheese (shredded)
directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Lightly spray muffin cups with Pam.
- In medium bowl combine eggs, milk and cream chese. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
- Place one biscuit in each muffin cup and press into bottom forming a small rim.
- Place 1/2 oz swiss cheese in each cup.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over top of each cup.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, until filling is set and rims of the tarts are golden brown.
- Remove from pan and serve warm.
