- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 can sliced black olives
- cracker
directions
- Roll out cheese between two sheets of wax paper, thin.
- Spread with cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with chilies.
- Roll up like jellyroll.
- Garnish with sliced olives.
- Serve with crackers.
