  1. Heat oven 400.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and mustard.
  3. Cut in nutter until mix is mealy.
  4. Stir in cheese, eggs and milk.
  5. Shape into a 1/2 inch thick round.
  6. Place on a sprayed baking sheet. Score into 16 slices.
  7. Brush with egg. Top with parmesan.
  8. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
  9. Let cool on racks. Break apart.
