3. I made these for a family get together and they were a hit!! This specific cheese has such a wonderful flavor and they are so easy to put together. This will be a new dinner party staple! Thank you for such a great recipe!

 4. Made these for a Christmas Party a couple of weeks ago and everyone thought they were great. My friend was so surprised when I told her Alouette was the main ingredient. I only had enough filling to fill 3 cartons of fresh, large mushrooms-so you may want to make a bit extra. So Easy & So Yummy!!

 5. Yummy! These were so simple and easy (no sautee'ing up the stems, etc.) Didn't have Alouette, so we just used cream cheese and we still loved them! Will be my go to stuffed mushroom recipe!

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
