- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (8 ounces)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup nuts, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shape into a roll 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper; chill.
- Slice and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes.
