Directions

  1. In dutch oven or electric skillet, heat oil.
  2. Add onion, saute 2 min, add beef, cook and stir until done.
  3. Add flour, cook and stir 1 minute.
  4. Add milk, butter and spices, stir until creamy.
  5. Fold in macaroni.
  6. Top with cheese, cover and heat until cheese melts.
