  1. Mix together beef, corn, egg, onion, ketchup, milk and breadcrumbs (if applicable).
  2. Press mixture into a 9 inch glass pie pan.
  3. Top with hot mashed potatoes by spreading potatoes over mixture. They should be smooth and even.
  4. Break apart slices of Velveeta cheese and place on top of potatoes evenly or sprinkle on cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted (approx. 20 minutes).
