Directions

  1. Brown hamburger and drain.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes to bit size pieces.
  3. Put hamburger back in pot add stock, potatoes, and seasoning.
  4. Cook till potatoes are tender.
  5. Add cornstarch to milk, pour into pot.
  6. Simmer till thick.
  7. Turn off heat, add cheese, stir till smooth.
  8. Top with whatever burger toppings you like.
