Cheesecake

"OMG, this is the best cheesecake I have ever eaten! I stumbled across this recipe when my husband's birthday rolled around and he wanted a cheesecake instead of a regular cake. He refuses to eat anyone's cheesecake ever since and now we have to eat it at least once a month, because no one can wait for his birthday to eat cheesecake! The best part is the cream cheese taste you get with only ONE pack of cream cheese, when most recipes call for 3-6 packs and you still don't taste cream cheese in it. Please try it, you won't be sorry!!"

  1. I never made cheesecake before and this was so easy. Everyone enjoyed it. Hubby couldn't believe I made it LOL. Made exactly as written. Made for Spring PAC 2010.

  2. My husband and I thought this cheesecake tasted OK, but my cheesecake-loving daughter did not like it at all. Its consistency is more like a key lime pie than a cheesecake. I'll have to keep searching for the perfect cheesecake recipe.
