  1. Mix gelatin with boiling water until disolved. Mix in yogurt and cream cheese until thoroughly mixed together - be patient, it takes a lot of mixing. Add splenda to taste.
  2. Let set at least 4 hours or over night. Garnish with fruit, sugar free cookie crumbs or whipped cream.
