  1. Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F Degrees.
  2. Combine crumbs and sugar.
  3. Add butter and mix until all is well absorbed by the butter.
  4. Place into a greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Note: the crust will be baked again, so do not overbake.
  6. Filling: Cream cheese, and add sugar gradually.
  7. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
  8. Mix until well blended.
  9. Pour onto prepared crust, and bake at 350°F for approx.
  10. 45 minutes, or when the whole surface of the cake has risen, remove from oven immediately and let sit at room temperature for an hour.
  11. Pour fruit topping or Pie filling overtop and refrigerate overnight (approx. 8 hours).
  12. Cut into squares and serve.
