ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
¹⁄₄ - ¹⁄₃ cup powdered sugar
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons vanilla extract
15 -20 strawberries
¹⁄₂ cup dark chocolate chips, for drizzling
¹⁄₄ crushed graham cracker, garnish (optional)
¹⁄₄ powdered sugar, garnish (optional)

directions

In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, mix well until combined
Strawberries.
Cut the bottom off of strawberries so they stand upright. Cut the tops length wise and again in the opposite direction so they look like a cross section.
Place Cream cheese mixture in a ziploc bag and pipe the cream cheese mixture into each strawberry. Drizzle chocolate over.
garnish with graham cracker or powdered sugar if desired.
