Directions

  1. On a hot skillet, cook the rib-eye until it's rare.
  2. Slice the steak thinly.
  3. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, corn starch.
  4. Coat one large onion ring (approx 1 1/2: thick) in a bowl of flour.
  5. Place a couple pieces of steak on a slice of provolone cheese; then wedge the two into the center of the onion ring.
  6. Coat everything in flour then dip into an eggwash.
  7. And then cover everything with panko bread crumbs.
  8. Fry both sides in hot oil until the bread crumbs are golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve with tomato sauce dip.
