“This recipe came from a Taste of Home cookbook. This meatloaf is so amazingly good, I can't even explain it! I love cheese and I have never seen a meatloaf recipe that has cheese just seeping out, and the different meats make it wonderful! Oh, it's good. My hubby raved about this one. It's also great on sandwiches the next day!”

  1. Combine the meats in the food processor until blended evenly.
  2. Stir the other ingredients in by hand.
  3. (If you don't have a food processor, then mash all the meat together with a large fork or by hand and then put in mixer. Mix all the other ingredients in by hand).
  4. In a shallow baking pan, shape the mixture into an 8-1/2x4-1/2x 2-1/2 inch loaf. Bake at 350°F for 1-1/4 hours.
  5. Let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
