Directions

  1. In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.
  2. Combine cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, and hot sauce; stir in onion mixture and eggs.
  3. Drain steamed asparagus well; stir into cheese mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  7. Cut into small squares; serve warm.
