Cheesy Bacon and Egg Bake

"Brunch with family and friends shouldn't be a special-occasion-only event. Brunches are delightful served on the back deck, in the garden or even on the dock. Whip together this light and fluffy dish the day before and then pop it in the oven an hour before guests arrive. Serve alongside a platter of fresh fruit and a big pot of coffee!!"

  • 12 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
  • 14 slices bacon, cooked crisp and diced
  • 1 small red pepper, diced
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 12 cup bick's zesty onion relish
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • Place half of the bread cubes in greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle half of bacon, pepper and cheee on top. Repeat layers again.
  • Beat remaining ingredients together thoroughly. Pour over bread mixture. Press down lightly to cover bread mixture with liquid.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least for 4 hours).
  • Bake uncovered, at 350F for 50-55 minutes, or until puffed and golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
