Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl.
  3. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly.
  4. Stir in cheese and bacon.
  5. Add sour cream stirring well to make a soft dough.
  6. Turn out onto floured surface and knead about 10 times until dough comes together.
  7. Roll or pat dough out to an 8" square.
  8. Cut into 12 rectangles.
  9. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  10. Bake 9 to 13 minutes or until golden.
  11. Enjoy warm.
