Cheesy Baked Ziti

"This recipe has been passed down through my family. Originally, it was made with homemade marinara sauce, but I just don't have time for that anymore. But if you do, then go for it!!"

Cooking is a passion for me. I grew up in an all Italian family so learning to cook was a rite of passage. Over the years, I've expanded my horizons and now have a pretty expansive collection of dishes I cook. The old Italian comfort foods are still my all time favorite. One of my family's signature dishes is baked ziti with Italian sausage and 5-cheese vodka sauce. I recently became a mom and I have to say, Rachel Ray's cookbooks have been a God send to me. I no longer have the time to slave away for 3 hours over a hot stove. Her recipes have allowed me to cook the foods I love and still have time for my family. Thanks Rachel!
