Living in the abudant city of Hong Kong where all international foods are in reach, I am destined to love and obess over food (my mother is also a air hostess which provide me with constant new discoveries). You have never tasted Chinese food unless you come to the city of Hong Kong, or any other Chinese Asian country! Chinese food is not msg, sugar, salt and chemical laden pork buns and glucose-rich sweet and sour pork, it boasts many different cuisines of China, from the Famous Broth Buns of Shanghai, Peking Duck from Beijing, Spicy Noodles from Sichuan, Boiling Pot Noodles from Yunnan, DimSum from Guang Zhou and ofcourse, to the old-school egg tarts, PineappleBuns from Hong Kong, will be a whole new and wonderful experience! Food here is not the healthiest, but if you are going to eat chinese food, ditch the microwave dimsum and experience the wide chinese cuisine!Back to the topic, I love to cook however, since I'm watching my diet all the time, low cal, fat and carb recipes are very welcome! In my early years, food has been one of the major things in my life and still is, all there is now is that I like other women have to be aware and not let our bodies fall into traps of high empty calorie foods (which taste good but have to be enjoyed in VERY SMALL DOSES!), it is on my diet days do I appreiciate(sp?) the aromas of fresh bread, the fragrance of steamed fish, the richness of chocolate, therefore, diets are not a bad thing, but be aware of your body! I will also be posting some very simple but delicious dishes on this page so remember to check up! I will also be pleased to meet any visitors on this page.
