  • Preheat oven to 350º.
  • Cook the broccoli until tender-crisp; drain very well.
  • Put in a greased 2-quart casserole.
  • Mix in the cream cheese, cheddar, green onion, salt, pepper and bacon.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, until bubbly.

  1. Loved it! I added a tablespoon of sour cream and 1/4 cup parm cheese to make this even more decadent. The bacon really makes this dish!
     
  2. Made this last night and it was amazing! I added a little more cream cheese and put some low carb flaxseed wraps in my magic bullet and fried the crums in butter for the crunchy topping and it was great! My whole family loved it!
     
  3. We love this! I added sour cream to help mix it all together and a must more bacon! I also added more chedder for the top 10 min before I took it out and Yummmy!

  5. Was delicious. I melted the cheeses and remaining ingredients together and poured it over the broccoli. Then I topped with some more cheese.

Tweaks

  1. I used fresh broccoli and tweeked the recipe just a little bit. I made a double batch. 1 8 oz cream cheese 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese 4 oz organic chicken broth 1 pk Lipton french onion soup Garlic salt and pepper to taste. Combined all ingredients on top of stove then poured over broccoli. After cooking added more cheddar cheese on top and crumbled 6 pieces of bacon on top.
