  • 3 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup light cream or 14 cup table cream
  • 12 cup mexican oaxaca cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Cook cabbage in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Drain and return to pot.
  3. Add cream and cheese over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts and coats cabbage.
