  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add chicken and brown lightly on both sides; remove chicken.
  • Stir in water, milk, creamy mustard and soup mix and bring to boil.
  • Add chicken and broccoli; reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 minutes.
  • Add cheese and roasted red pepper; cook and stir until cheese is melted.
  • Serve over rice.

  1. This is a very good recipe.I used cheddar because that's what I had. It was a bit too salty, probably because of the soup mix, but still tasty.
