Cheesy Chicken Bubble

- 2 chicken breasts, chunked
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 3⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 2 (12 ounce) cans crescent rolls, torn into bits
directions
- Put the chicken and the spices in a bowl and mix.
- Add the soup and sour cream. Stir until incorporated.
- Add ½ cup of the cheddar and the spinach, lightly mix.
- Dump into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish and add the bits of crescent roll dough, pushing down into the mixture.
- . Add remaining cheese.
- Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes to thicken and enjoy.
- Serve with a salad or fresh roasted veggies for a complete meal.
