Directions

  1. Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in an 11" x 8" (2 quart) baking dish.
  2. Top with chicken.
  3. Season chicken as desired, cover.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Let casserole stand.
  7. Stir rice before serving.
