Cheesy Chicken Sandwiches
"This dish is particularly good for pot luck or picnics. Prep time does not include cooking the chicken. I usually have pre-cooked chicken in my freezer. You can also cook in an oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F."

ingredients
- 8 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup American cheese, cubed
directions
- Combine all ingredients, except buns.
- Stir to mix. Place in a crockpot.
- Cook on High 2 hours or Low for 4 hours.
