Directions

  1. Put all ingredients except cheese and sour cream in saucepan. Heat on high.
  2. Reduce heat to low, simmer 25 minute.
  3. Stir in 1/3 of cheese.
  4. Ladle into bowls.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Top each bowl w/ 1 Tbsp sour cream.
