Directions

  1. Wipe the fish and season with salt and pepper. Grate or crumble the bread, grate or finely chop the cheese, and mix together.
  2. Put the fish in the base of a greased grill pan, dot with half the butter, and grill for 5 minutes. Turn the fish over, cover with the cheese mixture, dot with the remaining butter, and grill for another 5 minutes.
  3. Serve on a warm plate.
