- 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 3⁄4 cup Ritz cracker, crushed
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon white pepper
- 6 chicken breasts
directions
- Melt margarine in 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except chicken, in a flat dish. Roll chicken in melted margarine, then season in crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish. Bake at 375 º for 27 – 32 minutes.
